Implementation

Standard modular go-lives aim for 6–8 weeks after kickoff and timely client inputs. LC, manufacturing, or extra warehouses stretch toward 8–10.

Typical implementation: ৳50,000–৳150,000 — quoted after scope, separate from subscription or license.

The path

1. Week 0 — Scope lock: modules, seats, warehouses, tax, industry pack.
2. Weeks 1–2 — Masters: partners and products import; chart of accounts aligned.
3. Weeks 3–5 — Opening data: stock, opening balances, then lock.
4. Weeks 5–8 — Training & UAT: Cockpit and daily queues for each role.
5. Go-live: cutover with support on the first posting week.

What we need from you

• Named project owner and a finance counterpart for opening balances.
• Clean partner and SKU lists — or time to build them with us.
• Warehouse count, tax class decisions, and who gets ERP vs ESS seats.
• Timely sign-off on scope — delays on your side push the calendar.
