Security & tenancy

BoltERP is multi-tenant by design. Your company’s books, partners, and documents live in an isolated tenant — not mixed with another customer’s database.

What we commit to

• Tenant isolation — Each customer runs on their own tenant schema. Platform operators do not browse tenant ledgers for day-to-day work.
• Backups on Standard — Hosted subscriptions include backups and updates as part of the plan. License customers run on infrastructure they control; we can quote hosting if you prefer not to.
• Export when you leave — Your masters, stock, and posted documents are yours. Cloud is not a hostage arrangement.
• SMS keys stay yours — Tenant SMS traffic uses aggregators you configure (SSL Wireless, BulkSMSBD, Robi, etc.). Platform dunning keys never mix with customer messaging.
• Leads on the marketing site — Form submissions are stored for SoftNursery follow-up only. See Privacy for details.
